Jason is a member of the Saskatchewan Trial Lawyers Association and the Saskatoon Criminal Defence Lawyers Association. He articled with William H. Roe and has since remained with the firm expanding his litigation practice to include other services such as real estate law, wills and estates, tax enforcement, municipal law and corporate and commercial law.

Jason also travels regularly to the firm’s branch office at Biggar, Saskatchewan and acts as general counsel to a number of rural municipalities and towns.

Lisa was born and raised in Biggar, Saskatchewan. Her undergraduate studies were at the University of Saskatchewan, where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree with Great Distinction. Lisa graduated with Distinction from the College of Law at the University of Saskatchewan in 2009 and joined Roe & Company as an Articling Student.  She was admitted to the Law Society of Saskatchewan as a lawyer in 2010 and became a partner with Peszko & Watson in 2015.  She presently maintains a general practice with an emphasis on criminal defence.  

Lisa is a member of the Saskatoon Criminal Defence Lawyers Association and the Saskatoon Trial Lawyers Association.  She presented at the Canadian Bar Association Mid-Winter 2013 Meeting in the area of criminal defence law.  She has been nominated twice by Planet S Magazine as Saskatoon’s Best Lawyer, and won the category in 2013.

Sophie completed her Social Sciences degree at the University of Ottawa in French, and obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Saskatchewan in 2013.  After graduation, Sophie articled at a firm in Melfort, Saskatchewan. She was admitted to the Law Society of Saskatchewan as a lawyer in 2014 and joined Peszko & Watson as an associate shortly after.

Sophie is bilingual and an active member of the Fransaskois community. She serves on the board of theAssociation des Juristes d¹Expression Française de la Saskatchewan (Association of French Speaking Jurists of
Saskatchewan) and is an elected official for the Assemblée Communautaire Fransaskoise. She provides legal services in both English and French.
